At Studio Mavrek we have our vision with an eye for the creative. Our work is inspired by light and color – without it there would be no meaning! It’s important to us that our photos are not just taken in black & white processing but also have plenty of other techniques from which they draw their inspiration such as vintage photography or even fashion shots if needed. After all, what good can come out if your life lacks passion?

When you look at one picture I’ve captured moments so full-fledged; emotions run high while looking into those eyes knowing he/she might never see another sunrise again because this could very well be farewell shot…

A listing gets a few seconds before a buyer scrolls on. Our real estate photography service in Dubai is built for that moment: bright, straight, honest pictures that make people want to book a viewing. We are Studio Mavrek, a real estate photographer in Dubai based at Dubai Arch Tower in JLT, and we shoot apartments, villas, offices, hotels and new developments across the city.

Agents, developers, landlords and Airbnb hosts all use us. Every property is different, so we agree on the shot list with you first, then arrive early enough to catch the right light.

Professional real estate photography for Dubai listings

Good property photography is mostly about control. We keep verticals straight, balance the bright view through the window against the darker room, and remove the clutter that nobody notices until it appears in a photo. Colours stay natural so the finished listing matches what the buyer sees on arrival.

A standard property shoot covers:

  • Wide shots of every living space, bedroom and bathroom
  • Kitchen and detail frames: finishes, fittings, storage
  • Balcony and view shots, taken at the right hour for the skyline
  • Building amenities such as the pool, gym and lobby when they help the listing
  • Exterior frames, and twilight shots on request

Interior, architectural and aerial views

Our property work sits across three skills. Interior frames sell the lifestyle inside, architectural frames show the building and how it sits in its neighbourhood, and aerial views show what is nearby: the marina, the park, the metro line. Developers often need all three for a brochure, a website and social posts.

If you mainly need rooms and finishes, our interior photography page goes deeper. For rooftops, villas on large plots and waterfront towers, add drone photography, and note that some locations need permission, which we flag before the shoot.

360 virtual tours and real estate videography

Many Dubai buyers live abroad and decide before they ever fly in. A 360 virtual tour lets them walk through the home on a phone, and a short walkthrough film gives the feel of the space and the view. Our videography team can shoot the stills and the video in the same visit, so you deal with one crew and one schedule.

Buyers also expect vertical clips for Instagram and TikTok. Tell us where the listing will appear and we will frame the video for it.

How we prepare a property shoot

Most of the quality is decided before the camera comes out. Ask the agent or owner to open the blinds, switch on every light, put away personal items and clear the kitchen counters. For furnished homes we adjust cushions and tables on the day. For empty units, we shoot clean and straight so buyers can judge the space.

Time of day matters. In Dubai, a west-facing living room can be harsh by mid-afternoon, so we usually plan bright interiors for the morning and keep exteriors and skyline views for golden hour or just after sunset. Typical shoot time depends on size: a one-bedroom apartment is much quicker than a villa with a garden and a pool.

Who we work with

We shoot for brokerages and individual agents, developers handling off-plan launches and handovers, landlords re-letting a unit, holiday-home hosts, and interior designers documenting finished projects. Properties in JLT, Dubai Marina, Downtown, Business Bay and Palm Jumeirah are close to our office, but we work across Dubai and the UAE including Abu Dhabi.

How long does a real estate photoshoot take?

It depends on the size of the property and the shot list. A studio or one-bedroom apartment is fast, while a villa with outdoor areas takes longer. We confirm the time needed when we quote.

How much does real estate photography in Dubai cost?

The price depends on the number of properties, the size, whether you add video, a 360 tour or aerial views, and how quickly you need delivery. Send us the details and we will reply with a quote that lists exactly what is included.

Do I need to prepare the property?

A little. Open the blinds, turn on the lights, clear the surfaces and remove personal items. We will send a short checklist when you book.

Can you shoot a property that is still under construction or empty?

Yes. We shoot empty units and finished shells all the time, and we can return when the furniture arrives.

When do we receive the photos?

We confirm the delivery date in your quote and send the edited images in a private online gallery you can download and share with your team.

Do you shoot outside Dubai?

Yes, we work across the UAE including Abu Dhabi.
